Gift Vouchers T&Cs

1. Expiry and Cash Redemption:
   • Regular gift vouchers expire 36 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. Discounted or bundle vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
   • The full value of the voucher can be partially redeemed over the validity period, but it must be fully redeemed before expiry. However, if the voucher is discounted or part of a bundle, it cannot be partially redeemed; it must be redeemed in full over the validity period.
2. Unused Balance:
   • Any unused balance will not be credited when the voucher expires.
3. Exceeding Voucher Balance:
   • In cases where the cost of the treatment/s and/or purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
4. Treat as Cash:
   • This voucher should be treated like cash.
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
   • Stable Osteopathy disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
6. Non-refundable and Non-transferable:
   • All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
