Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any treatment offered at all our clinics, except for Hot Stone Massage. For Hot Stone Massage, an additional $10 fee is applicable for each service and must be paid in-store at the time of booking.

Upon payment receipt, we will email you a beautifully presented gift voucher.

Massage Gift Vouchers T&Cs

• Gift Vouchers expire 36 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
• The full value of the voucher can be partially redeemed over the validity period but must be fully redeemed before expiry.
• Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires.
• Where the cost of the treatment/s and/or purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
• This voucher should be treated like cash.
• Muscleworks Massage disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
• All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
